Enrolment and subsequent payment, confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Changing Content, Dates, Pricing
There may be circumstances beyond our control which may force us to change dates, video links and course content. In these circumstances Binarix reserves the right to do so; including when participant numbers do not meet the required minimum to viably run programs.
Cancellations / Refunds
Binarix complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds.
Once you have enrolled and paid for a program you are permitted to cancel your enrolment within 24 hours of enrolment and obtain a full refund.
Cancellations after a 24-hour period will allow the purchaser to a full credit which can be used on another Binarix Online program.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the commencement date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the program value as enrolled.
Once the program has commenced:
- no refund or credit for the program is possible
- credits or refunds are not possible for missing individual workshops which form part of a program
Credits are valid for a 12-month period for the individual or organisation that paid for the original program.
Substitutions
Substitution of participants can be made up to 24 hours, prior to the commencement of the program. Substituting participants may be required to complete pre training appraisals within a 24-hour period.
Behaviour
Binarix reserves the right to cancel a participant’s participation in a program resulting from unprofessional behaviour; such as, profanity, continual explicit criticism and offensive behaviour.
Copyright
All Binarix training material is for personal use only and Binarix prohibits the unauthorised copy of all training material and recording of all training workshops.
Training material cannot be reproduced, modified, licensed, resold and/or distributed without written authorisation from Binarix.
Workshops and training support are only available to enrolled participants, and participants agree to not share passwords to online training material or workshops.
Indemnity
Copyright and intellectual Property
The aim of Binarix Training is too assist your learning journey, to include implementation support to maximise the development of your business communication skills.
Binarix workshop training is of a general nature and Binarix cannot be held responsible for how the training is applied in the workplace.
You agree to indemnify Binarix for how you apply the training in a specific nature and you are solely responsible for how you implement the training and how you may instruct others to apply it.
Exclusion of Warranties
You acknowledge that no warranties are made to in relation to content to be free from inaccuracies.
You also acknowledge that Binarix cannot be held responsible for links provided to third parties as intended as training references, yet are beyond our control and subject to change by the third party.
You acknowledge all content is provided in good faith and provided, and accepted as is.
Binarix cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or provide or training session for factors beyond their reasonable control; such as internet outages, power outages, and/or fire alarms, which are all examples of Force Majeure Events.
Binarix Recording
Binarix reserves the right to record training workshops for quality, training internally and for ongoing training of enrolled participants only.
Binarix will not use these recordings for any other purpose without the written permission of the training participant recorded.
