Binarix committed to protecting the privacy of training participants, and their data, and is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in relation to the handling of personal information.

Binarix collects personal information as follows:
- Participant contact phone numbers and email addresses and their work roles.
- Through appraisals and surveys, we collect information as volunteered by participants about their communication challenges, and this may include information regarding their workplace contacts; such as contractors, clients, colleagues and competition.
How information is collected
- Via online forms as completed by you; such as appraisals, surveys and registration forms.
- Via phone calls with you.
- Via emails as sent by you.
- Workshop recordings.
Purposes of information collection
- Tailor work material within the confines of public workshops.
- Tailor examples in one-on-one support sessions.
- Use situational examples and your implementation of training principles; such as, your scripts in the ongoing training of participants.
- We do not use or share personal, sensitive or competitive information; such as, your customer details, your pricing details, your colleague’s names, your partners, alliances or supplier details externally to Binarix.
- Improve quality of training techniques and training content.
Disclosure
- Used internally only.
- Binarix will seek written authorisation to use otherwise.
- Used under law as governed by the Privacy Act 1998.
- Insurance companies as instructed to comply with Australian or foreign law enforcement bodies and Government bodies.
- As instructed by you via written authorisation.
- Direct marketing by Binarix on future training or support programs.
- Binarix use third party payment gateways for credit card payments and does not store credit card details.
- Binarix will not provide or sell data to third parties.
Data Security and Storage
Binarix takes all reasonable steps to secure information collected. Binarix does use trusted third-party cloud services for information and data backups and for appraisal and survey processing.
Binarix cannot be held responsible for security breaches with third party cloud service providers.
The training participant acknowledges that no data transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed by Binarix to be totally secure.
Use of Aggregate Data and Cookies
Binarix collects non personal data on website visits; such as, web pages visited, your internet browser type, IP address.
This type of information is used internally only in the form of summary or aggregate data as statistics to improve web content; albeit, web pages, training programs, videos.

Binarix takes all measures to ensure that third party content is of value at the time of posting the link.
