- Assisting you to learn how to select the most suitable words to successfully engage with your recipient, achieving direct ‘listening’ impact.
Yes, we absolutely ask all participants to have cameras on during workshops for two main reasons:
- Firstly, to encourage positive and interactive collaboration with participants and facilitator.
- Secondly, body language of participants (e.g. facial expressions ) during the workshop, guides the facilitator on ensuring we maintain positive and respectful interactions with each.
- Thirdly, body language of participants (e.g. facial expressions ) during the workshop, guides the facilitator on adapting program content to ensure every participant is positively engaged with their individual learning journey.
Over the past 20 years, thousands of experienced sales participants, have provided feedback, on how it has greatly contributed to their success in sales.
I thought I knew everything there was to learn about sales and having been on many sales training programs, I have to say that this one, was the most enjoyable and gave me really good ideas on how to do some things differently to improve my quote to sale conversions.
You can tell that the facilitator had extensive sales experience and knew their stuff, making it really enjoyable, practical and collaborative
I really liked how after each workshop, you were able to easily implement new ideas, which to be honest I thought, this is not going to work, and wow it actually worked
Over the past 20 years, thousands of new sales participants, have provided feedback, on how it has greatly contributed to their success in sales.
I had just moved from a technical role into sales, and thought I’ll be with a bunch of ‘talk too much sales people’. I have to say it was the opposite. At first, I was a bit nervous, and I have to say the way it was facilitated, meant everyone’s ideas and questions were constantly being encouraged and valued.
I didn’t know what to expect, have to say quite nervous about not having lots of sales experience. I remember the facilitators words in the very beginning – ‘We’ve all been in sales since the day we were born, trying to influence other people’, and that made me feel that what I had to say was of value
At commencement of the program, each participant will introduce themselves.
It will be up to each participant as to how much information they are willing to share about themselves, thereby ensuring confidentiality.
Most implementation activities are facilitated during the workshops.
We ask you to please complete two activities offsite during the program
These activities are directly related to implementing the training in your workplace. As these are your real case scenarios, the outcomes of these activities form part of your sales communication tool kit.
98% of training participants tell us the opposite, that “it’s too short” or “it would have been good to have more time”.
Our facilitators, create a learning environment which ensures that the workshops are highly interactive, practical and positive.
Our 1:1 support works as follows;
- In between all workshops, over 4 weeks you have access to the facilitator over email, phone and video to discuss concerns and answer questions to ensure that you are benefitting from the program
- Upon completion of the online workshops, you have access to the facilitator over email, phone and video for 4 weeks to continue to assist you with your implementation of skills learned
Very relevant, as our program is not industry specific, and focusses on developing and strengthening your foundational business communication skills to achieve an ‘outcome’ or ‘solution’ with every communication interaction you have.
Within the training program, we show you how to choose the right words specific to your industry, to clearly connect with the target audience.
Yes, we have programs in the afternoons, starting at 2pm in AEST.
