From the pre- workshop appraisals, we ask you to identify your sales communication challenges, so that we’re are aware of them from the beginning, and are able to work closely with you to find suitable solutions as we progress through the program.

At commencement of the program, each participant will introduce themselves.
It will be up to each participant as to how much information about themselves, they’re willing to share, thereby ensuring confidentiality.
Naming the company that you work for is optional.
Most implementation activities are facilitated during the workshops.
We do ask you to complete two activities offsite in two of the workshops.
These activities are directly related to implementing the training principles to your business communication. As they are your real case scenarios, the outcomes of these activities form part of your sales communication tool kit.
98% of training participants tell us the opposite, that “it’s too short” or “it would have been good to have more time”. The reason is because our facilitators, create a learning environment which ensures that the workshops are highly interactive, practical, collaborative and positive.
Our 1:1 support works as follows;
- In between all workshops, over 4 weeks you have access to your facilitator over email, phone and face to face (via zoom) to discuss concerns and answer questions to ensure that you’re benefitting from the program
- Upon completion of the online workshops, you have access to your facilitator over email, phone and face to face (via zoom) for three months to continue to assist you with your implementation of skills learned
Very relevant, because our program is not industry specific, our focus is to develop and strengthen your foundational business communication skills to achieve an ‘outcome’ or ‘solution’ with every communication interaction you have.
Within the training program, we show you how to choose the right words specific to your industry, so as to bring relevance to the target audience you’re communicating with.
