The Binarix Epicentre Communication Training System™, is an adaptive range of tailored communication programs, which aim to assist business teams to develop and strengthen positive behaviours and effective communication skills to truly ‘live’ an organisation’s corporate values and achieve sustainable growth.
Our system has been refined over our 20 years of global training experience, and is underpinned by our understanding of
how the brain processes communication. The key areas of neuroscience we draw from, include cognitive, linguistic and behavioural science research**
As business communicators, we’re tasked with two critical activities to create successful relationship outcomes, both
internal and external to the organisation; that is, to continually focus our learning on how to:

We Partner with You
Within our comprehensive client engagement process, the core objective is to ensure that our tailored learning programs are aligned to our client’s business growth strategies. We aim to understand an organisation’s ‘Strategy, Skills and Systems’ roadmap, as this is key to achieving performance outcomes.
Strategy: We explore an organisation’s communication challenges and
opportunities, within the framework of the organisation’s and/or
individual team strategies, so that we may identify how communication
skills, contributes value.
Skills: We assess team member communication practices, across the three
major communication platforms: email, phone and face to face to
achieve performance outcomes.
Systems: We measure team member progress post training, which is key to our
support programs, to drive real change in workplace communication.
Facilitators
The Binarix team of training facilitators are highly experienced in all aspects of business communication. This experience has been gained from working many years in Leadership, Sales and Customer Experience roles.
In other words, our facilitators have experienced the varying management styles of designing and executing communication strategies. We have refined these styles to develop our Binarix communication learning principles.
The success we have experienced with clients, is as a direct result of our teams partnering with key stakeholders within our client organisations to analise, design communication strategies and drive measured outcomes.
